Document Rewards So They Become Positive Cues

  • Document each time you give yourself a reward
  • If it isn’t permanent, it doesn’t act as a reminder of how successful you really are!
  • Going to a concert as a reward is great, but get a picture and a program
  • Build an achievement album or journal
  • Write about your victories and post them in your album
  • Stick in the photos and other mementos to make it real and permanent
  • Have fun with this
  • It is the easy part of this whole process
