Getting Started Is The Key

  • The same principle can apply to anything you’re putting off
  • Once you get started, it usually turns out to be far less difficult than you had imagined, and you feel more like doing it
  • Action leads to motivation which leads to more action
  • The more you do to recover, the more you will want to do and be motivated to do
