Learn New Connections And Change Your Physical Response
- Just as we can learn a new task, we can learn to make new connections among events, actions, and feelings
- We can learn to interpret events in our lives in ways that reduce stress and increase positive feelings and outcomes
- This form of learning becomes automatic and is called conditioning
