Use Visual And Physical Clues As Well
- Are your clothes too tight or too loose?
- When you buy new clothing are the sizes increasing or decreasing?
- When you look at yourself after a shower are you satisfied with the shape and size of your body?
- Can you see any muscle definition in your torso, arms or legs?
- When standing can you see your feet?
- Do you get out of breath or tire easily when doing simple daily chores?
- These can be signs that you would benefit from exercise and that you need to start with the basics
