Use Visual And Physical Clues As Well

  • Are your clothes too tight or too loose?
  • When you buy new clothing are the sizes increasing or decreasing?
  • When you look at yourself after a shower are you satisfied with the shape and size of your body?
  • Can you see any muscle definition in your torso, arms or legs?
  • When standing can you see your feet?
  • Do you get out of breath or tire easily when doing simple daily chores?
  • These can be signs that you would benefit from exercise and that you need to start with the basics
