Exercise Requires Good Nutrition

  • As a result of addiction you have:
  • Eaten too much or too little
  • Eaten few foods that promote good health
  • Lost muscle mass, lost strength or gained body fat
  • A nutritious diet will help you to regain your strength and energy, achieve a healthy body weight, and increase successful outcomes for your exercise program
  • Research shows that eating a quality low calorie breakfast makes it more likely that you will make better food choices throughout the day
  • Start your exercise plan by eating a quality breakfast each day
