Exercise Requires Good Nutrition
- As a result of addiction you have:
- Eaten too much or too little
- Eaten few foods that promote good health
- Lost muscle mass, lost strength or gained body fat
- A nutritious diet will help you to regain your strength and energy, achieve a healthy body weight, and increase successful outcomes for your exercise program
- Research shows that eating a quality low calorie breakfast makes it more likely that you will make better food choices throughout the day
- Start your exercise plan by eating a quality breakfast each day
