People Who Watch A Lot Of TV:
- Are more likely to be over weight
- Exercise less
- Eat more
- Snack more even when not
physically hungry
- As TV viewing goes up, weight goes up because TV:
- Cues you to eat
- Leads you to not pay attention to how much you eat
- Increases time spent eating even when not hungry
