Change The Way You Eat

  • Decide how much you are going to eat before the meal, not during the meal
  • Try to be the last person to start eating
  • Pace yourself with the slowest eater at the table
  • Always leave some food on your plate as if you’re still eating so others will not offer seconds
  • When eating with others, the amount they eat subtly influences how much you eat so choose who you eat with to advance your eating goals
  • Overweight people in a family can put pressure on a person trying to lose weight
