What To Do?

  • Exercise daily at regular times
  • Eat meals at regular times
  • Save foods high in fats for evening meal, when desire is strongest for most of us
  • If eating an early evening meal, reduce carbohydrates and maximize protein to prevent hunger later
  • If eating very late, eat a small, light meal and reduce protein to avoid interference with sleep
  • Exercise after stressful events instead of eating to feel better
