Tips For A Balanced Diet

  • Eat more fish, skinless poultry, lean meats, low-fat or non-fat dairy products, fruits, and vegetables
  • Eat fewer egg yolks, fried foods, pastries, spreads, dressings, and alcoholic drinks
  • Eat smaller portions, no larger than the back of your hand for each food group
