- Feeling 100% clear about something important is more exceptional than usual
- Ambivalence about quitting is normal,
acceptable, and understandable
- You can learn to:
- Manage this conflict within yourself
- Increase your motivation to achieve
your life goals and stay abstinent
- Feeling ambivalent does not mean you want to return to using, it means you are normal
