- Exercise every day to improve health and attitude
- Use relaxation techniques every day to reduce stress
- Improve nutrition at every meal to improve health
- Increase relapse prevention knowledge at every group and assignment opportunity to increase your self-efficacy
- Assist others (non-using friends and family) to increase your self-esteem
- Create lifestyle balance by adding positives to every day to improve your attitude toward yourself and your future
