A Review Of Simple Ways To Improve Sleep:
- Reduce snoring
- For mild or occasional snoring:
- Adopt an active lifestyle and get regular sleep
- Avoid tranquilizers, sleeping pills, and antihistamines before bedtime
- Avoid heavy meals or large snacks for at least 3 hours before bed
- Sleep on your side rather than your back
- Tilt the head of your bed upwards 4 inches
- Snoring means obstructed breathing, seek professional help if necessary
