How To Get A Good Night’s Sleep
- Create an optimal sleep environment
- Control noise; use ear plugs, heavy rugs and curtains, disconnect phone and doorbell at night, use white noise like a fan to create a steady hum
- Block out light; use thick curtains, black out shades, cover electronic devises that have light displays, wear eye shades
- Control temperature, keep cool and well ventilated
- Hide the clock face or turn it around
- Use comfortable mattress, pillow,
pajamas and blankets
