How To Get A Good Night’s Sleep

  • Maintain good sleep habits
  • Keep a regular sleep/wake schedule 7 days a week
  • Eat meals and exercise at consistent times
  • Develop a pre-sleep routine to cue your body for sleep
  • Use relaxation exercises and meditation before bed
  • Reserve the bed for intimacy and sleep, not phone calls, snacks, etc.
  • Avoid frequent naps or napping in the evening
