The Only Thing That Matters

  • Do you blame your partner for the problems in your relationship?
  • If so, you are in for a tough time
  • Self-blame is not the answer either because it can trigger guilt, anxiety, depression, and giving up
  • If you’re willing to examine your own role in the problem, the odds for a rewarding and successful relationship are high, now and in the future
  • Personal responsibility, without any blame at all is the mindset that leads to successful relationships
