Resistance To Change

  • This resistance to change has nothing to do with gender
  • Men and women are equally likely to protest and say, “Why should I have to change? It’s all their fault”
  • When we fight:
  • We think about the person we’re at odds with, in a negative, illogical, and self-defeating way
  • We make demands that drive them farther away
