Common High Risk Situations For Resuming Drinking
- Take a piece of paper and write down some of your high risk situations for drinking from the following list:
- Negative emotional states; depression, anger, anxiety
- Interpersonal conflict
- Physical discomfort
- Testing personal control
- Urges and temptations
- Social pressure to drink
- Pleasant social situations
- Pleasant emotions
