Monitor Progress Frequently In The Beginning
- When beginning a new goal or task, monitoring is far more critical then
when close to completion
- For something important, monitor both at the
beginning and end of each day
- Once a goal is well under way, a gradual transition to weekly monitoring may be warranted
- So for now, monitoring your changes in exercise, sleep and diet should happen each day
