Develop A Balanced Lifestyle To Reduce Problems And Relapse
- Do several small positive things every day that make you feel happy
- Improve your health and well being through regular exercise, diet, sleep,
and relaxation
- Improve relationships by practicing and using communication and conflict management skills
- Practice safe sex and limit your partners
- Use cognitive and relaxation skills to reduce depression, anger, loneliness, anxiety and boredom
