- When a partner or living mate is drug or alcohol addicted and refuses to acknowledge the problem or get help, it is better not return to the household or induce the other to leave
- It is important to emphasize that this need not signal a permanent end to the relationship but such a move may be necessary for your safe
recovery at the present time
