Nutrition: Influences Mind And Body
- What you eat increases or decreases your
- physical and mental well being
- Poor diet:
- Puts mind and body at risk of disease and injury
- Limits the body’s ability to grow and repair itself and to create the chemicals necessary for healthy mind and nervous system function
- Limits the amount of energy available to body and brain reducing physical ability and mental ability
- Healthy diet: Builds resilience and capacity to function well mentally and physically
