  • What you eat increases or decreases your
  • physical and mental well being
  • Poor diet:
  • Puts mind and body at risk of disease and injury
  • Limits the body’s ability to grow and repair itself and to create the chemicals necessary for healthy mind and nervous system function
  • Limits the amount of energy available to body and brain reducing physical ability and mental ability
  • Healthy diet: Builds resilience and capacity to function well mentally and physically
