  4. Positive family, friends and contacts:
    • Encourage you to stay free of drugs and alcohol
    • Support you to manage negative emotions like sadness or anger
    • Are there to celebrate your successes

Sometimes just knowing they are there for you is enough to reduce stress and let you get on with living your life.
