Expanding Awareness Of Your Strengths

  • Self-awareness is the ability to perceive your own existence, including your traits, thoughts, feelings and behaviors
  • It’s a personal understanding of the very core of your identity and being, a process of scrutinizing yourself as you live
  • Bear in mind that everyone has strengths AND weaknesses, and being honest about both will help you plan out a life that takes maximum advantage of your strengths
  • Your signature strengths are the positive characteristics that you clearly demonstrate and are identified with you
