Women Need To Put Weight Training Into Their Exercise Program
  - University of Colorado scientists found that women burned an extra 325 calories per day when they weight trained as opposed to only running 20 to 30 minutes  
 
  - So add weight training on 
      alternate days to your 
      aerobics exercise plan to 
      strengthen muscle and 
      burn more calories
