- If you use a tall skinny glass you will drink less
- People who are given short, wide glasses pour an average of 19% more juice, soft drink or alcohol than those given a tall, thin glass, even trained bartenders who were in the study
- Replace short wide glasses with tall skinny ones, because it matters if you are pouring more calories of a drink than you intended to or more alcohol
