Eating Healthy Means Every Day You:
- Eat 3 meals and two healthy snacks at regular times
- Eat something from each of the food groups
- Control portion size and avoid having seconds
- Choose foods that contain the essential vitamins and minerals
- Choose fresh foods over packaged or fast foods
- Avoid foods that are high in fats, salt, sugar or caffeine
