A Review Of Simple Ways To Improve Sleep:
- Use comfortable pillows and blankets
- Keep the room clean from dust and insects that interfere with sleep and cause disease
- Wash bedding at least weekly
- Keep televisions out of the bedroom
- Keep pets out of the bedroom or restrict them to the floor
