A Review Of Simple Ways To Improve Sleep:

  • Use comfortable pillows and blankets
  • Keep the room clean from dust and insects that interfere with sleep and cause disease
  • Wash bedding at least weekly
  • Keep televisions out of the bedroom
  • Keep pets out of the bedroom or restrict them to the floor
