Common Sleep Myths
- There something wrong if you don’t remember your dreams
- Some people remember dreams and some people don’t
- Not being able to recall dreams is normal and has no negative health effects
- I can get by fine on 5 or 6 hours sleep
- The overwhelming majority of people need 7 to 9 hours a night
- The chances are relatively small that an individual needs little sleep
