Step 2: Reattribute
  - Answer the questions:  
- Why don’t these bothersome thoughts, cravings, and urges go away?  
- Why do they keep bothering me?  
- What causes them?  
- There is strong evidence that a chemical imbalance causes your brain to get stuck and 
    send wrong messages repeatedly  
- Your goal in this step is to realize 
    that it’s hard for you to shift 
    behaviors because these sticky 
    thoughts and urges are due to 
    your balky brain
