Getting Specific

  • When you are having trouble getting along with someone, the entire conflict will nearly always be embedded in any one brief exchange between the two of you
  • When you understand why the two of you are butting heads at that moment, you’ll:
  • Know how to resolve the problem you are having at that moment
  • Know how to resolve most if not all of the problems in your relationship with that person
