- Up to 75% of men and women with alcohol dependence will also at some time in their life experience:
- Depression
- Anxiety disorder
- Psychotic disorder
- Personality disorder
- So it is important to work through “The Feeling Good Handbook” and to complete the anxiety, depression, anger and relationship surveys every Sunday
- The more you learn about your mental health and the more ways you develop to control your moods, the greater control you will have over relapse
