habits that occur automatically
- Learn thought stopping and
substituting positive thoughts or
feelings such as taught in
“The Relaxation and Stress Management Workbook”
- Learn and use positive self-talk
- Learn to manage negative moods or depression
- Use thinking restructuring skills taught in
“The Feeling Good Handbook”
