Types Of Procrastination: Excuses

I’ll do it tomorrow: You promise yourself that you will be good, then escape important work and enjoy guilt-free play

I’ll go shopping now so I can study all evening: Unimportant activity takes priority over the main but unpleasant work, which becomes more and more unlikely

I want an ‘A’ but I’ll never get one: You decide it’s impossible, so you don’t have to bother doing the work

Becoming aware of your own excuses is an important step to overcoming them
