Setting goals forces you to draw a line in the sand

You begin to look forward to a future you create rather than one which is an accident of fate

You begin to understand what is important to you in your life

Setting goals can be frightening:

  • What if I fail?
  • What if others see me fail?
  • Do I have the stamina for this?
  • Do I have the skills, money, support?
  • Can I overcome old habits and reach my goal?
