Listen, Listen, Listen

  • Make a point to remember what’s going on in the lives of others
  • Share interests or experiences you have in common… the positive ones first… then listen
  • Share details about yourself and your life to establish rapport with another person, particularly about change and new experiences…then listen
  • Leave the litany of your addiction and negative experiences behind… no one wants to relive your pain over and over and over… let go and listen to others

Congratulations! You are halfway through this presentation. Don't give up, you can do it.
