What Can You Do About Physical Coordination Problems?

  • Use extra caution during early days in rehab or recovery
  • Get extra rest, adequate fluids and quality foods to speed up the removal of toxins and the healing required in your body
  • When exercising begin at lower levels of exertion and slowly work your way up
