What can you do about Sleep Problems?
- Use techniques in “The Relaxation & Stress Management Workbook”
- Remind yourself that your sleep patterns will improve
- Use information from Make Your Last Relapse the Last on sleep, diet, and exercise
- Get lots of physical exercise
- Allow enough time for sleep by getting to bed early and at the same time every night
