Lesson 11: Sex And Relapse Prevention - Slide 32

Setting Intimacy Boundaries
- A boundary lets positive things in and keeps harmful things out
- By the limits you set, you protect:
- The integrity of your day
- Your energy and spirit
- The health of your relationships
- The pursuits of your heart
- Healthy boundaries are based on clear values and keep us on track
- When you violate your boundaries or let another person violate them, your life goes off track and your risk of relapse increases
