Goals – The Key To Success
- Goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, challenging and realistic could be:
- I will lose 18 lbs in 3 months
- I will be able to bench press 140 lbs in 3 months
- “To become stronger” is an example of a written goal that won’t help you to know when you have succeeded
