Try Intermittent Exercise

  • For people who are unable to set aside 30 minutes for physical activity, shorter episodes are far better than none
  • Research showed when the total amount of walking time was kept the same, more people who walked several times per day stuck with their walking program than did people who walked once per day
  • Accumulating physical activity over the course of the day is a great way to reduce stress, and increase your physical health through out your day
