  • Decreases muscle tension caused by emotional stress and produces a relaxation response in your mind and body
  • Allows you to clear your mind so you can focus and concentrate more easily
  • Rids your body of toxins
  • Improves blood flow to the brain providing it with oxygen and eliminating waste products
  • Improves overall flexibility and posture, decreases back stiffness or pain caused by stress
