We Are Not Good At Estimating So Help Your Eyes Know When You’ve Eaten Enough

  • Choose tall thin glasses, 8” instead of 12” plates, smaller bowls and spoons
  • Put everything that you plan to eat on your plate and don’t take smaller servings and go back for seconds
  • Leave the chicken bones on your plate until you are done eating
  • Don’t eat directly from a package or bowl, put what you intend to eat in a small bowl and put the rest back in the kitchen
  • Leave out the empty pop tins and candy bar wrappers so you know how much you are eating
