Partial Sleep Deprivation:
Some Sleep But Not What You Need
- After one night of short sleep most people function near their normal level
- After 2 or more nights:
- Increased irritability and sleepiness
- Work performance suffers
- Headaches, stomach aches,
and joint pains
- Risk of falling asleep while
working or driving
