Your Thoughts Create Your Emotions
- Unpleasant feelings indicate that you are thinking something negative and believing it
- Your emotions follow your thoughts as surely as a baby duck follows its mother
- But the fact that baby ducks follow faithfully along doesn’t prove the mother knows where she is going
