When You Are Feeling Upset You Think Negative Thoughts

  • If you feel sad or depressed you may think “Everything is hopeless, I’m such a loser. I’ll never feel good again”
  • If you feel anxious and panicky, you may think, “What if I lose control and crack up?”
  • During an argument with your partner, you may tell yourself, “That SOB! What a jerk! They never really cared about me!”
