- Take a moment and identify the reasons that kept you using and returning to use after stopping:
- Relief from negative emotions such as anxiety, anger or depression
- Difficult life
- Low self-confidence
- Access to new social groups and “friends”
- Your unique reasons?
- Through the sessions and material provided, you can learn positive ways to meet the needs that alcohol and drugs met in your life
